Care/Support services are delivered by a workforce of qualified and
experienced Support staff, all fully trained to the highest standard
(including person/service specific training).

follow a stringent recruitment procedure icluding the People who use
our Service to ensure that all of our workers are compliant with the
Care Quality Commission (CQC). This enables us to supply People who use
our Service with a highly experienced and trained staffing team.
