Celtic Wood-fired ovens are holding Clay/Cob oven building courses at our base at The Wentwood Timber Centre, Wentwood forest S.E.Wales from March 2013.
These are 1 day courses with "hands on" building of a Clay bread oven, followed by baking your own style pizza in a pre-built oven. Course fee is £90 per person which includes beverages and meals plus all the pizza dough/ingredients.
