I attend pilates, pole and Zumba at DFA (Dance Fitness Academy) and i absolutely love every single class i do. Leana is a great teacher and so helpful. It doesn't matter what size, shape or age you are or how much confidence you have, you are made to feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. If you fancy it but are holding back a little just give it a go, you'll enjoy it !!
