PRE BONDED /HOT FUSION: Extension hair is applied strand by strand (Infusion) with a hot or cold form of adhesive. The adhesive can be a keratin based product or other natural-based products that can be very similar to the material that makes up the hair and nails and is considered to be non-damaging to your own hair. MICRO RINGS: This method uses a tiny ring made of metal, either copper or aluminium by sliding the ring onto the shaft of the clients hair, up to the root area. Then a shank of hair designed for this method is inserted into the ring and then the ring is clamped with a tool that resembles a plier to flatten the ring, holding it, and the donor hair in place. Some rings can be folded over to allow a more secure hold, and some rings are silicone lined so that the metal does not come into contact with the clients hair and to stop slippage.
