We offer on-site visits to assess the following:
Access of job (parking, ease of entering building)
View the prospective removal (checking if anything has to be dismantled, what packing is required)
Explaining our Insurances (Public Liability, Goods in Transit)
Indicate what packing materials clients need (boxes, tape, bubble wrap, hanging wardrobes)
Storage container information (sizes of containers in volume & how many would be required)
Offer a simple quote on volume tailored to clients requirements (to allow client to obtain comparisons)
Finally over the years we have worked with a wide range of clients & are very comfortable in helping liaise with other contractors, local councils, care workers where necessary
Finally we are regulated by The National Guild of Removers & Storers plus the Removal Industry's Ombudsman Scheme
