Elaine Higgins, a physiotherapist at PRH, has suggested you may be able to help me. I have developed urge incontinence and am fairly certain that the problem is in my head as drugs did not solve it and I do not have a problem when I am busy. Is this something you could help with? It is not specifically mentioned on your details.

Hello Elaine, This is something that I may well be able to help you with. If as you suggest that the problem is purely psychological then hypnotherapy could help. It sounds like an anxiety issue surrounding the fear of incontinence which exacerbates the situation. Besides from helping you to relax about this subconsciously, it may well prove valuable to identify your thoughts pertaining to the issue and identify if they also give weight to this problem. Feel free to email me directly on [email protected] if you would be interested in setting up a free consultation or simply discussing this further via email. James Barraclough
