I provide 'Free Wellness Evaluations' for my clients on a regular basis which includes their weight, height, BMI, hydration levels, body fat content (arms/legs/trunk), muscle mass content (arms/legs/trunk), physique level, BMR, metabolic age and visceral fat.
Please allow 30-45 minutes for the initial consultation and then 15-20 minutes approximately thereafter.
