NShape Fitness is a professional personal training service in Guildford. Personal Trainer, Neil Liddiard, is fully qualified, insured and registered with REPs (The Register of Exercise Professionals). Neil has 18 years experience as a professional Ice Hockey player. He has represented GB on 22 occasions and knows exactly what it takes to stay fit and healthy.

Neil offers FREE consultations with his clients to sit down and listen to their goals. He then writes personally tailored programmes to suit that clients needs as well as providing them with nutritional guidance to assist the client to reach their full fitness potential.

NShape also offers online personal training programmes. Simply pay through PayPal and your programme will be emailed to you to use at home or in the gym.

1 hour session - £35

Book 5 sessions - £30 each

Book 10 sessions - £25 each

Online Programme - £15 each
