Hi Debbie, Regarding the clips for the repair to the conservatory at 5 Hedgerows, I am concerned that you are charging to replace the clips which you replaced previously, which were obviously not fit for purpose. Your chaps have taken down the guttering and I therefore will not pay for those to be put back up. I do see our predicament with the new clips being so expensive so will help by paying half the cost of those. Hope this gets the job done satisfactorily this time.
